SP Energy Networks Priority Service Register

SP Energy Networks is the local Distribution Network Operator. They have partnered up with a number of different independent organisations to be able to bring local services to customers who would benefit from a little extra help.

Click here to download SP Energy Networks leaflet which tells you all about the additonal services you could tap into.

One of the main services that SP Energy Network offers is a Priority Services Register. They keep a Priority Service Register so that they can contact the most vulnerable customers if they experience a power interruption,

It doesnt matter who supplys your power - you can still register for their service.

You can join the PSR if you:

  • are over the age of 60
  • have a special communication need
  • depend on electricty for home or medical care
  • have a child under 5 years of age
  • have a chronic illness
  • or just feel you need a little extra help

You can also register if you feel you need support for a short period of time e.g. if you're recovering from an operation, if you are pregnant or if you are recently bereaved.

Being on the register won't necessarily mean that they can restore your power more quickly, however they will try to proactively contact you i they know a problem is in your area.

You can register online youself by clicking here

Or contact PKAVS Carers Hub Team on 01738 567060 and we can complete the registeration on your behalf.
