This is a new project that started in January 2019. CAB work with other local partners to make it as easy as possible for you to access our advice services. The service will be available in communities across Perth and Kinross.
The Community Advice Project is in a position to provide benefits advice & support with all aspects of the claiming procedure and will include support to challenge adverse decisions. We are also able to offer help to reduce peoples outgoings by reducing the amount that the household are spending on energy bills & debt advice that might reduce the amount the household are spending on debt repayments and budgeting advice that may prevent a household getting into debt in the first place.
If there are any service users who you feel might benefit from the work that we do, feel free to send them our way. You can contact CAB directly on 01738 450592 to arrange an appointment directly.
All our services are free and confidential.
