Hot off the press... ready to read... our first Newsletter of 2019!
We hope that within this newsletter you find some useful reading that may help you in your caring role or in the work you do for carers.
PKAVS Carers Hub has recently moved premises and so are no longer based at the Gateway in North Methven Street, Perth. We have now moved to Lewis Place, North Muirton, Perth, PH1 3BD (the telephone number is still 01738 567076). The reason for the move is that we believe these new premises will give us more opportunities to develop and deliver services to support unpaid carers of all ages throughout Perth & Kinross. This support will be delivered not only by PKAVS but also through working in partnership with statutory and voluntary sector colleagues going forward.
Please note details within the newsletter of two open days we are holding for professionals (17th April) and carers (23rd April). Please let Marlena (01738 567060 - Marlena.Nowaczyk@pkavs.org.uk) know if you can come along for a tour of the building held at 10am, 2pm and 4pm. Come along and see the new centre and find out a bit more about the support available for carers in Perth & Kinross.
